Manage early engagement with local authorities, statutory bodies, and key stakeholders to help shape schemes most likely to achieve consent.
Coordinate and manage planning applications from submission through to determination, ensuring proposals are achievable and aligned with client objectives.
Provide expert representation on appeals, enforcement matters and negotiations with local authorities.
Advise on planning obligations and infrastructure contributions as well as scheme viability to support successful outcomes.
Coordinate environmental and technical inputs to support planning strategies and applications.
